What we hold
We hold the contact details of the people a school appoints, the school's address and registration details, and the record of its orders, payments and deliveries. Contact details, addresses and identity evidence are encrypted when stored.
Why we hold it
To run pools, to place and check orders, to move money against those orders, and to keep a record that reconciles. We do not sell data, and we do not share school identities with suppliers.
What suppliers see
A supplier sees the specification and the total quantity ordered. Suppliers do not receive school names, individual order sizes, or how many schools are in a pool.
Access to your record
Our staff sign in with a second factor, and every time one of them opens a school's record, it is logged.
Messages you send us
What you send through the contact page is kept so our team can reply, and is used for nothing else.
